I’m having trouble accessing my saved photos.
After uploading photos from the form they are no longer available.
We uploaded the photos again with the same name, but they became inaccessible again.
@kosovcaritas, could you kindly list the exact steps on what you did so that we could try it on our end to replicate your issue? Please also let us know the server you are using.

The steps were as follows: registration - we attached a photo, after some time we saw that the record does not contain a photo and uploaded it through the online cabinet again, after some time the photo became unavailable again.
@kosovcaritas, could you explain what this is?
