No KoboCollect Icon on My Phone or Tablet After Installing the Application

I installed the latest version, v2024.1.3, of KoboCollect. However, I found that the icon does not appear any whare on my tablet or phone screens. Instead, I have to use the search functionality of my phone screen to locate it. Moreover, Unlike the other applications, pressing on it does not popup the “add to home” option. It has only two options: “locate” and “uninstall”. May you please help?

Thank you. I found it there along with several gaming applications. I never opened it before.
