No renaming box or custom name box appear in latest version of KoboCollect

I’ve installed the most recent version of KoboCollect on my tablet, and I’ve noticed that the home menu differs from the previous version, displaying “Download form” instead of “Get Blank Form.” Additionally, in the older version, after entering survey data, a box for entering a name would appear at the end of the survey. However, this feature seems to be missing in the latest version, causing confusion when attempting to edit the data. How can I address this issue? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
