Not able to deploy my questionnaire

Please for the past weeks i have not being able to deploy or redeploy my questionnaire. please help me

Please trying running your form thru the Online Validator, and/or post it here. You will not be able to deploy (or redeploy) a form if it has any errors in it; the Validator should help you find them. If not, then I am sure somebody here on the Forum can probably spot any obvious problems.

Hello Community forum members,

For the past weeks i have not been able to deploy or redeploy my questionnaire. i usually receive an error message anytime i want to deploy or redeploy my questionnaire.

i am attaching my xls file just in case someone can figure it out.

@christian_36, it seems like you have included groups but those groups have no questions inside them. FYR…

Check them and remove unnecessary groups. Once fixed, revalidate your XLSFrom again through the online validator. Repeat the validation until you are able to fix all the issues that is present in your XLSForm.

@christian_36 just following up - were you able to identify and fix the errors in your form and successfully deploy it?
