Not able to download data from the Project

Hi Kobo Support and @Kal_Lam,

I try to download data from my project and not able to do it, it is always show “Processing” and been waiting for 1 hours. I re try again but still show the same.

I also try to clone the project, and try to download it, and it is seems working fine with the clone project.

Note: I am using organization domain which is https://kobo.savethechildren.net/

Kindly need help.
