Not able to set up Dynamic Data Attachments

Hi guys!

I’m trying to set up a Dynamic Data Attachment between two survey (I am the owner of both). I followed the instructions: Dynamic Data Attachments — KoboToolbox documentation
but something seems not work…

Can you please check my parent and child survey (Attached) and help me to figure out what’s wrong?
