I just tried it now and I got same error
@Kal_Lam
Thank you for all these information. Will give it a check and then let you know if I find anything at my end.
@Aus7yne, I made a quick test and I could make a dummy entry with my device to your server. FYI:
Please delete the test record that I made for checking. Its _id
is 204753679
.
So my conclusion here is that it should be your device issue or your connectivity issue. If it was a system issue I too could not have submitted the data from my device.
Maybe as a temporary solution, you could upload your data manually to the server as outlined in the support article Manually Uploading Submissions.
Is there a limit to users/submissions that is acceptable for a project?
On that same account when I try to submit it throws the permission error and other times it’s successful, what can we say is the cause for that?
What is the average submissions you collect in a day?
it depends on the submission of each accounts where we have upto 500 accounts connected to this projects and each making submissions.
But lets say less than a hundred
Maybe you will need to allocate a certain time for your enumerators to submit the data. Doing so would help the system to maintain the server load.
e.g.
Enumerator’s name | Submission Time |
---|---|
Enumerator 1 | 9 AM |
Enumerator 2 | 10 AM |
Enumerator 3 | 11 AM |
