Not repeating, when group contain pictures

Urgent help please.

I want to take multiple pictures to complete a survey of damages.

But neither KoboCollect nor ODK Collect has a “+” sign or “minus” as shown in “Preview Form”.

Therefore, after I take the first picture, I can not continue to take the following pictures. So,I can not take more photos.

The no-solution would be to add 20 or more “picture questions” to the form.

I have not found examples or videos of KoboCollect forms applying “repeat groups” so I invite the Kobo Users to be so kind and share one of your simple repeat forms to my email verif...@gmail.com to learn a little more.

Here find my form “try001.xls” attached, so you can try in your mobile devices.

I have Windows 7, and two Samsung tablets model SM-T113NU, with Android 4.4.4.

Hi,

There are two ways to collect data using KoBoToolbox – through your browser or through KoBoCollect / ODK collect. The interface for repeat groups is different depending on which approach you sue.

BROWSER:

The browser-based approach is similar to what the preview shows - the “+” and “-“ signs. This works – I just tried your form. To see how to get the url for your form, check the ‘How to collect data on a mobile device’ in your project.

KOBOCOLLECT:

In KoBocollect, after completing a group, you should see a message asking if you want to add another group. By clicking yes, you should go through the loop again – is this not happening?. I don’t have an android device at hand to test, but will check later.

Well, on KoboCollect and ODK Collect, I was using the “arrow” to save the answers… but I just realize that “slide on the screen from right to left” is the correct way to get the repeat group and save the answers.
Here I attach my video, since I think others could find the same instructions useful. (it would be useful to get a Kobocollect manual, so please share videos of experiences).
