Welcome to the community! Though you can build your survey forms in KoBoToolbox with grid-theme style you are not able to collect data using the same format in KoBoCollect (mobile app). However you have an option of using the Enketo (web form) to collect data that has been designed using the grid-theme style. For this please follow the steps as advised in the support article Collecting Data through Web Forms.
