What is the general goal of the feature?
In the field of integrating kobo forms in an information system, IS could be aware of changes in the structure of forms and facilitate adaptation to changes. Notify other managers of the team etc
What are the most likely user stories for how and when this would be used by someone on your team?

Can you sketch out graphically how you think this should look/work in practice?
REST service should send a request to the form’s url notifying a new deployment of the form.
How useful would this feature be to other users or organizations?

What can you contribute to making this feature a reality?

the form can be configured to use REST Service and it needs an url to receive data, we would want to receive, in addition to data, a notification in the same url everytime a user deploy the form

A notification from KoboCollect app for Android whenever a blank form has an updated version would be a great feature.

Hi @pim_bamatic, unfortunately this is not something we support with the REST Services at the moment, but you can open suggestion at the #feature-wishlist. You can set something up that will poll the asset endpoint (https://{kf_url}/api/v2/assets/{asset_uid}) and look for deployment changes. The asset.has_deployment boolean attribute will be true if deployed, false if not and asset.deployed_versions will provide details for the current and past deployments.
