The survey questions should be automatically numbered by Kobo. Otherwise we have the same problem as in a Word document - if you add/delete a question, then you need to re-number everything.
Suggest making this optional, since some questions may be subquestions (1, 2a, 2b, 2c, 3) or the ability to overwrite the number and then the numbers below automatically re-adjust.
