Hello,
I have an email address registered with several accounts on kobotoolbox. Two of the accounts reached the submission limit. I don’t know if this is the case but today February 8th I am unable to access any forms through the ODK app. When I scanning the server’s QRCode no form appears. In Enketo the forms appears and submissions behave normally but in ODK the servers are working as if there was no forms loaded on it.
Is it possible that the email has been blocked from sending by ODK because of the limit reached in other accounts? If that’s the reason why can I still make submissions via enketo?
