On demographics, I want the household head information to be automatically filled in if the Respondent is the head of the household. How do I programme on this?

On this, I mean that sometimes in surveys, you would want to obtain demographics information/data about the household head in case where the respondent is not head of the household as most often survey data analysis is disaggregated by household head characteristics variables. In a situation where the respondent is household head, the section asking about the demographics of the household head need not to be asked but automatically copied on to the section because they have been already asked to the respondent. Is there away how to programme the form to do so?
This has been my long time challenge and would like your help. I attach a form with such sections for use in demonstrating by anyone who can help.
