Hello @Kal_Lam I’m facing the issue for the first time ever. I’ve done so many projects before on kobotoolbox. but only this time one of my team member is facing the issue when he is sending the finalized forms to the server,
I’ attaching the screen shot of the error. please see if you can help me out in this.

@musadiqueshah1, maybe check out the configuration settings to see if the configuration is done correctly.
