I have been enjoying the toolbox for my survey administration, but one respondent has received this message when trying to send her answers: "Failed to execute ‘transaction’ on ‘IDBDatabase’: The database connection is closing.

Does this have to do with having over 50 submissions? Or something else, perhaps the user is doing wrong or not doing?

Thank you for your prompt reply, especially if it’s the first situation (cap on # of surveys), since I’m hoping for at least 20 more…

@monrod, no! Maybe you will need to request your team to use the latest version of modern browsers like the Chrome, Edge, Firefox if they are using an older version of the browser on the device.
