Hi guys, I’m having the exact same problem with KoboCollect but I doubt it’s an issue with the server since I have two forms available for download and one of them works perfectly. I’m thinking it’s something related to the xls form, but I have no idea where to start looking for the error. Has anybody found a clear solution?

@paola_gomez_maurer, would you mind sharing with us a screenshot of your General Settings>Server? Maybe we could be able to troubleshoot your issue.
Hi again! Thanks you both for your fast responses. It was indeed something related to the xls. The online tester was a big help to find the group that contained the error but it wasn’t spotting the problem very well, so it took me a while to figure it out.
It was an issue with a relevant that was calling the wrong variable. What is weird though, is that it was working well (not sure about the relevant part) in the browser but I just couldn’t download it on the app.
