I am having the the same issues . I enter School Grades from Prep. Elem 1 Elem 2, Grade 3 to Grade 12, but the rows re-order after I save and preview, and then reopen the form. I have tried entering this question five times and have used the automatic data column prefix but it keeps jumbling up the rows. Could you tell me what I am doing wrong please?
