Paragraph in note question - Consent Form

Kindly help me with paragraph my consent form at the beginning of my form. I wish to start the survey with a consent form. To make it easy for respondents to read, I wish the text would have paragraphs like the image attached

. However, when I design the form (using form builder - note), it displays as a single text making it difficult to read. The example is attached

Hi @bakhitas2 and welcome to the community!

You could use the CTRL + ENTER KEY to make a line break like you do in Excel.
