Hi @LuisB,

This is because you have used the URL generated through one of the following Enketo data entry option that has been highlighted below:

… namely:

  • Online-Only (multiple submissions)
  • Online-Only (single submissions)
  • Online-Only (once per respondent)

Try using…

  • Online-Offline (multiple submission)

And you should be able to see Save Draft as outlined by @stephanealoo.
