Dear community,
I need for the purpose of just reviewing the structure and flow of my form to grant “only view the form” permissions. I registered a new user to perform this role with a single permission (view form, nothing else). However when I follow the direct link to the form (Enketo Express for KoboToolbox) and enter the credentials of the new user I get an error:
On the other hand, if I follow the link with the credentials of another user with more permissions, I can see the form. And if I then try to open the form with the credentials of the user who can only view it, now I can access it.
In summary:
1.- User registration with “only view the form” permissions
2.- I follow the direct link to the form and enter those credentials, the result is an error
3.- I follow the same link with user credentials that have more permissions, the result is that I can access the form
4.- I go back and enter the credentials of the user who can only see the form and now I can access it.
What can I do to fix this? Or is it not possible to only grant the permission to “only view the form”?
