Hi. Previously, the links to photos that kobo gives after exporting worked. Today I discovered that none of the photos open. They open in the questionnaire, but do not open when exporting. What should I do? I need them urgently and it takes too long to go and download each one from the questionnaire.
@soeungi, you will need to keep the browser open (where you have logged into your KoboToolbox account) for the media URL to open the image.

Thank you! But the problem was that we changed the owner of the kobo form. And the link text stored the name of the user who was the owner before. I replaced the links manually and that worked for me.
