Hi - we are unable to view photos and videos in the data tab - this is not just related to new photos and videos, but previously taken ones. When hovering over the red exclamation mark, it says ‘could not find [filename]’.

Welcome to the community, @callumn87! Are you able to download the image/video from your project? Could you also let us know the server you are using?

We are using the Global Kobotoolbox server. When clicking the ‘eye’ next to the dataset, we can see the photos and videos, and likewise when we download it in .csv we can click on links to see the images and videos, so it seems the main problem is with the preview version - not the end of the world, but would be really good to resolve.
