Photos don't go to form

Hi there,

The photos does’nt show/preview in the form. This started to happend a few days ago, the photos have a medium size of 500 kb /1 Mb, and i already have clean cookies, i’m using chrome.

The error that appears in the image is “Could not retrieve WhatsApp Image 2021-04-29 at 17.08.47-17_1_29.jpeg”

The name of the form is "2638 - Desmatações AdVT. Really need help.

I apologize for insisting on this matter, but I have about 100 records to check, and I can only do that if I have the photographs. Do you already know when this situation can be resolved?
