Phytosanitary Form login will not accept new credentials

Hello, this is the first time I have complete the health form through Kobo. Kobo will not accept my new user/password entry. I am only presented with the box to enter credentials. The prior answer to address this question is not valid for me. There are no account settings.

Please help. Thank you.

Welcome to the community, @GShoots2! Did you mean you are seeing the login screen (dialogue box) when you are trying to enter submissions to the form? Could you kindly share a screenshot of the same? Maybe that would help the community to understand your issue pictorially.
