Picture in Kobo

Hi support team,

How to show picture in Kobo, some of picture show in Kobo, some do not show. I see the size of file which show in Kobo is more than 10kb and which do not show in kobo is less than 10kb. I put media::image on “choices” and I put randomize on this question. Please I need a advice, thanks

For E9_E10_1.JPG don’t show in Kobo but for AC3_4.JPG show in Kobo. Both using randomize=true for those question
