Please help me to solve alert.loaderror.heading
using laptop (Google Chrome)
fill 10 forms
my team opens kobo form online through link when I submit data and save to draft but next day he gave this error my data is not shown in the queue

Hi @azamiqbal,

Would you also confirm that you or some other users did not clear cache in chrome. Kindly please be informed that if you did clear cache the process of retrieving saved forms is impossible.

Would you mind providing me the following details in a private message:

  • KoBoToolbox User Name
  • Server you are using (OCHA or HHI)
  • Email ID
  • Name of the project (for which you report the data is missing)
  • Time zone
  • Name and operating system of your laptop from where you collected your data
