Please help suggest a suitable way to view picture media documents in excel after downloading the report in xls legacy format.
the attached image shows the media in jpg format

@osunecg, try downloading your data in XLS format with the Include Media URLs checked as outlined in the support article Downloading Photos and Other Media.
