Please help test a new release of KoboToolbox

Hello everyone,

We are offering a public beta of our new release 2.023.12 now at https://kf.beta.kbtdev.org/. That server is open for new registrations and you may create as many accounts there for testing as you’d like. However, please do not use https://kf.beta.kbtdev.org/ for any important data: it is for testing ONLY, and all forms and submissions may be lost at any time!

The preliminary release notes document for 2.023.12 is available by clicking here. Please refer to that for a list of changes.

If you find problems on the beta server or otherwise have feedback about the release, please respond below.

Thanks for your interest in KoboToolbox.

Thank you, @stephenoduor. @osmanburcu!

@Kal_Lam
I started using it recently to update the R package robotoolbox, Now that issue 4100 is fixed, it’ll solve a long lasting issue with the R package. Do we have an expected date for the release?
Thanks for this release

@dickoa, pinging @jnm for this.

Probably around May 1 if no regressions are found that we cannot fix before then. A lot of the team has limited availability next week.

Hi Team,

I tested this version and didn’t see any problem from my side. I also tried to import data today and faced no issues. It was as smooth as the live version.
