Please am having this error message with my form، can someone help me check what could be the problem. When I try to get black form it will show me these : 1 of 1 download failed, then the following is the screen shot of the error message.

@ysabba, have you validated your XLSForm through this online validator? The online validator should help you identify syntax issues if any are present.
