Hie, I will be ver much grateful to know if there is a way to send Kobotoolbox Online collected data to my local Kobotoolbox server maybe using Rest services or APIs. The goal is for the local Kobotoolbox server to receive submissions collected from the online Kobotoolbox server.

I don´t think so, but you should take a look to this documentation.

As I know Kobotoolbox API doesn’t support forms submission, so there is no automated way to make it. Maybe you can develop a bot that receive the submission, and fill the form in the local server.
