Pre-load submitted data

Hie, Is it possible to preload fields to a new form e.g. i fill a KoBo form and submit, after 5 days i should be able to load selected/specific fields of that individual to the form and just update the other remain fields without update the original submitted form.

i understand i can load data to a new form by using csv files, but not sure if this can be automated.

Unfortunately, that cannot be automated, you need to do this using the pull data functionality.

i have been trying using pulldata, and it works for some fields, unfortunately i have option questions and not sure if i could do the same as text boxes, load the responses

Yes you can do the same using the logic I explained for a different user in the topic below. In this case you will not be pre-loading image files though
