Prefilled data in form as table- Text type

I would like to create a form where supplier can see prefilled on request items which has been already availbe as text filed of the form. Suppliers will only enter the requested data against each text field

Hi @Kal_Lam : Is there any ways to contro. the row and column size in Question Matrix Reponse Type?
