Preventing certain combination of options in a multiple choice question from being selected together

I have this question but I want to validate criteria that prevent options 1, 2, 3, 4 from being selected at the same time, but on the other hand, allow me to combine any of the options 1, 2, 3, or 4 with option 5."

here is my xlsforms.

SURVEY SHEET
