Preventing Media Storage in KoboCollect Forms

Hello @Kal_Lam ,

I’m creating a Kobo form and allowing field enumerators to complete the questionnaire and take photos, audio and video through kobocollect. However, I don’t want any pictures or other media they capture through Kobo to be stored on their devices or in Google Photos, since the information is highly sensitive.
what do you propose ?

@Charbel, if you are collecting data through the Collect Android App, you could go to Settings>Form management and then select Delete after send. By doing so, you should be able to delete finalized forms and media after sending them to the server.
