Description
KoBo print-out doesn’t show the calculated value, if a note or a text field is read_only (and has a calculation)
Steps to Reproduce
Examples to illustrate:
Note_01.xlsx (10.2 KB) .
Expected behavior
Calculated value should be in print-out, also for read_only text and for note

Additional details
It seems to works ok with integer and date type.
KoBo XLSForms, current KoBoToolbox version on OCHA server.
The note only with direct calculation in the example, is not to recommend (see discussion here).
