Print preview of survey including repeating questions

Hi

I’m trying to download a preview of my survey to show it to my team. What I want is an empty form with all the question

I have realized that when I download the survey it doesn’t include the questions that are under a repeat section (questions that are inside a “begin repeat” -“end repeat”)

Is there a way for these questions to be displayed as well?
