Problem Collecting Geo Shapes due to Lack of Layers

Good evening dear all, I am working in the GIS field for the Environment and Sustainable Capital Management Program in Guinea and I recommended a data collection activity with KoBoToolbox for the taking of coordinates of surfaces (classified forests, watershed, etc. ) but for the effective collection of surfaces (geoshape) in the KoBoCollect application I can’t do it. I am told that there are no layers (/scard/Android/data/[org.koboc.collect.android/files/layers/…] which is supported by the base card. I need help please
