Hi, I am having problems downloading audio files from my surveys. I had other project recently and didn’t have any problems with that one. For this one I have tried all the options mentioned here http://support.kobotoolbox.org/en/articles/592388-downloading-photos-and-other-media and none have worked. When I try to use the ZIP file option, I get a zipfile that weights around 20 MB but when I try to open it, it’s empty. I am quite new with KoBo so I am thinking that after conducting my surveys I might have redeployed the form by mistake even though I didnt make any changes in the form. Could this be a reason for the problem? In that case is there any way to get the files?
