Hi, I’m new using KoboToolbox. I’ve created a form in the Global KoboToolbox server and deployed it, but now my organization deployed its own kobotoolbox server, and I’m having issues importing the form already deployed in the global server. I’ve tried exporting as a xlsform, donwload to my laptop and then create a new form in our server, choose import xlsform. It completes with no errors, but the form is empty. I don’t know if I’m missing something at exporting o importing steps, or if something else.
Any help on this would be really appreciated.
