Problem in kobocollect app while editing data

Hello Kobo community,
My enumerator was editing forms so as to finalize, then she faced the challenge in screenshot. Any guidance on how I can solve it is highly appreciated given the tablet still had some data.

@bakunzi, are you using the KoboCollect Android App or are you using the Collect Android App?

@bakunzi, could you kindly make a quick test by validating your XLSForm through this online validator to see if there are any syntax that is affecting this? We could then start troubleshooting your case if everything passes smoothly through the online validator.

Thank you Kal_lam for your response but the enumerator had finished collecting data and was trying to send. So how can I recover the data?

@bakunzi, if that is the case then you can always upload your submission manually to the server as outlined in this support article Manually Uploading Submissions.
