Problem loading form unable to deploy

Hello, I can’t make my form available because the following error message appears:

unable to deploy
Your form cannot be made available because it contains errors:

There are more than one survey elements named ‘end’ (case-insensitive) in the section named ‘a3LSAyW4M3jRg52inhwr4R’.

Can anybody help me

Hi
This is an issue with your form and it could point to the fact that you have given a similar name ‘end’ to more than one question. In essence this considers it as a duplicate and thus the form cannot be previewed.
