Problem uploading XLSform Sept 01

Hi! I encountered two problems in managing surveys and data connections to Power BI, as of today Sept 01 2023, and I would like to share them with you in separate topics.

The first issue I have is that I am unable to upload a new form to an existing survey. It keeps on loading, but the form does not actually gets uploaded in the end. Is it related to the server transfer?

Welcome back to the community, @anacarolcjp! Are you on the EU server? Are you still facing this issue, or has it been resolved by now?

Hi Kal, thank you so much! The problem has been resolved, I think it was just some instability due to the server transfer last Friday
