I am unable to upload the images. I have tried already the process from the https://support.kobotoolbox.org/media.html
Please can someone help me resolve this issue? This is very urgent.
I tried uploading my images and excel form but now getting an error new user can’t upload the files.

Seems like you have a typo error on the column header under the choices tab as shown in the image below for media: :image: :English (en) i.e. there is a space in between the : and ::
Where it should be media::image::English (en) as outlined below:
