I have a problem with the Kobo platform. Last week, I created two surveys (projects) that no longer appear in my account (as if the projects never existed). However, the links are still working (we can still receive submissions). I am very concerned because we were already collecting data from these two surveys. Please, can anyone help me to get the projects back into my account? or at least to recover the databases?

How can you see this?
Are you using Collect or Webform?

@klopezy, the best way to check whether your project is in the server can be checked from the Collect android app. Try getting the blank forms to the app or submitting the filled-up submissions to the server to see if the project is on the server or is missing.
