Problem with filling out the questionnaire online

Hello everyone, I hope you are well. I decided to send a kobocollect link for the respondents to fill in my online questionnaire. But they are asked for the login and password before they can access the questionnaire. Is it possible to remove this step so that the respondents can directly fill in the questionnaire without inserting the login?

Hi @Silvana You could do this by configuring your KoBoTooolbox account settings by checking the Require authentication to see forms and submit data which is present under the ACCOUNTS SETTINGS (as shown in the image below). Thanks for your help, which means I have to uncheck the “require authentification to see forms” section if I want respondents to fill out the questionnaire directly.

@missa08719195, yes! If you are the admin of the project, you will need to uncheck this so that your team should be able to submit the data without having to login with their login credentials.
