Hi there Kobo Team,
We’re currently experiencing an interesting problem we’d like to bring to your attention. We’ve created a 30 question form that’s offered in 5 languages and includes some visual media, as well as audio media for each question and answer in all available languages. At first, when the survey only had 2 languages, everything worked smoothly. However, after adding the third language and it’s respective audio files, the browser would continually crash without being able to successfully open the survey, giving us a "a problem repeatedly occurred on ‘URL link’ " message. We troubleshot on different browsers (safari and chrome) and updated the device and browsers apps, to no avail. We discovered that this issue was unique to IOS devices as the survey worked seamlessly from an Android device or Windows PC. We’ve discovered a work around in which deleting all the audio data makes the survey compatible with IOS devices again. Although this allows us to successfully collect data on IOS devices, we’re not able to reach our entire target audience as some are low-literacy individuals who benefit from using audio clips. If you have any advice for a more effective solution, we would be very grateful!
