Dear All,
I am having an issue with the form. Here I am building a form in which first I am collecting the demographic details. I also want the total of male/female and trucker/allied at the end of survey. Also, in between demographic survey, when the answer to one specific question is yes, then I need to open another form, after completion of that form, I want to again continue with the demographic details, as I require sum of male/female and truckers/allied at the end of survey. Attaching here with the checklist for the reference. Please anyone can help…

Dear Kal_lam,
I am having an issue with the form. Here I am building a form in which first I am collecting the demographic details. (I also want the total of male/female and trucker/allied at the end of survey). Also, in between demographic details, when the answer to one specific question is yes, then the presumptive form opens, after completion of that form, I want to again come back to demographic details, since I will be surveying more people. Then, at the end of the activity, I require sum of male/female and truckers/allied at the end of survey. Attaching here with the checklist for the reference. The error comes up that that to use indexed-repeat. But I am not getting it right. Please help

Welcome back to the community, @Ash!
Did you mean that you wish to have a nested repeat in your survey form where you wish to collect information from the repeat group and if the condition is satisfied, you wish to open up a nested repeat and complete that nested repeat and get back to the previous repeat? Did I get you correctly?
Dear Kal_Lam,
Yes, you are right.
@Ash, kindly please be informed that the way you wish to flow the survey questions is not possible. The only option/approach that is possible is you first finish the repeat group, then once you move forward to the next nested group, you will need to fill up all the questions from that nested group and likewise proceed forward. I mean there is no option of moving back and forth during the survey.
This post discussed previously should show you how the repeat groups are handled by the system:
Dear Kal_lam,
Thank you for your suggestion. I am trying to apply indexed-repeat for the this survey form, but I am receiving the error (attached as screenshot 1). Can you suggest a solution, or what I am doing wrong. Thank you in advance. Survey_v1 attached
