Problems deleting or editing a submission

Dear community, I am having problems with a submission in Kobo.

It has been imposible to delete the submission, I am geeting the message: “failed to delete submission”

Also it has been imposible to edit the same submission, in this case i am getting the message: “there was an error loading Enketo”.

Can I have and advise in order to be able to delete this submission.

@Luis_Pineda, which server are you using? Did you also redeploy your form?
