Buenas tardes amigos necesito ayuda actualmente tengo unos proyectos para utilizaciòn de recolecciòn de informaciòn en mi trabajo, con usuarios android he usado la app, pero para usuarios ios iphone he tenido que utilizar el link del formulario; pero hoy presente problemas con un equipo ya que al realizar el envio desde el equipo celular ios usando el link no se relfejan los datos en el proyecto; me podrian ayudar como puedo solucionarlo gracias
Welcome to the community! It seems like you have an issue with submitting a data collected from Enketo aka web-forms. Kindly please let us know if it’s only an issue for that particular IOS device or is it an issue for other devices collecting data through Enketo. Also please ensure whether the survey project is still on or has been archived. Sometimes submission might be an issue if same is archived.
