Problems with autentication and submmusions

Hello everyone,

I´m working with the forms normaly and each time that an user open one of this in another navigator, the user must make the authentication with the username and password, but now the authentication is not requiret. This step is necesary because i need to know which users made form

I want to know if this hapen by a new server actualization or modification

It seems that the user, in this case, may have had the browser storing their password thus requiring no authentication. If that is not the case, could you please provide more information about the problem?
